I had been waiting to have surgery on NHS for about 2 years and in the end what they could do to my scar was not good enough for me and I was not pleased with their outcome. I started to research private treatment options and what Euromedical Tours presented was well within my budget.
I was very pleased with the manner in which my enquiry was dealt and I felt comfortable and knew I was in safe hands. When I first met the consultant in the UK, I felt I could trust him straight away, I got the impression he had good experience and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained everything to me thoroughly and I felt I could put my trust into him.
The hospital was very clean and tidy and the facilities well maintained. The nurses were very polite, the food was tasty and my room was very clean and tidy. I did not have any disappointments at all. As for the surgeon, All I can say is that he is the best. I felt I was in safe hands at all times and he looked after me very well throughout the treatment.
